The Oscars 2023 Red Carpet Was All About the Sheer Dress

The 2023 Oscars kicked off in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 12. But before the actual star-studded ceremony—where we find out who is being honored for this year’s most outstanding performances in film—began, the Hollywood elite took to the red carpet. (Well, it actually was champagne-colored this year, in order to not compete with the red drapery.)
