Australia’s Oscar Wylee expands across Canada with four new stores
Australian eyewear brand, Oscar Wylee is expanding its presence in the Canadian eyewear market with the opening of four new store locations across the country.
The latest addition to their growing portfolio is the Kingsway Mall store in Edmonton, Alberta, which opened its doors last month. Kingsway Mall marks the fourth store opening in the past quarter, bringing the total number of Oscar Wylee locations in Canada to 13 since the brand’s inaugural entry into the market in 2021.
The other three newly opened locations are strategically positioned to cater to eyewear enthusiasts in Quebec City at Place Ste-Foy Mall, Newmarket at Upper Canada Mall, and in Kitchener at CF Fairview Park.
Dedicated to providing Canadians with high-quality, stylish, and affordable eyewear options, the stores open with Oscar Wylee’s latest eyewear collection “Summer Rhythm.” This collection, designed at the brand’s Australian headquarters, draws inspiration from the days of slow summer heat, incorporating laid-back neutrals and exuding a soft energy that complements transitional dressing.
The collection boasts a neutral color palette, featuring shades like buttery yellows, soft taupes, and butterscotch tortoise patterns for a total of 13 optical SKUs and 19 sunglass SKUs.
Oscar Wylee also has a strong in-store presence in Australia and New Zealand for a total of over 135 stores across 3 countries. Looking ahead, the brand said it has plans to continue expanding its global presence.
