He will be tasked with overseeing the profitable growth of the brand across various lines including headwear, sportswear and accessories in the region. Chris Koch joined New Era in March 2020 as vice president of sales for North America. With over 20 years of leadership and sales experience in the sporting goods and fashion industries, he has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful teams. Previous to joining New Era, he held key sales leadership positions at VF Corporation, The North Face and Adidas. As part of the executive leadership team, Koch will provide strategic guidance to the North American business, with a focus on enhancing the brand’s position in key channels and strengthening relationships with strategic partners. He will be based out of the company’s North American headquarters in Buffalo, New York.
