She wore a camel button-up shirt midi dress, which featured a nipped waist and a tiered A-line skirt. The star completed her look with black patent leather ballet pumps (flat shoe shocker!), but brought it all back to more familiar territory with a black crocodile leather Hermès Birkin bag adorned with gold hardware.
This year, flat shoes have become a celebrity essential, for daytime but also after-dark, with unexpected fans like Kylie Jenner and Margot Robbie forgoing heels even on the red carpet. Clearly, Jennifer Lopez agrees that comfortable footwear can still be chic.
