Kendall Jenner is looking back on her biggest teenage fashion moments with few regrets. How many of us can say that?
In a new Vogue interview about 16 iconic looks from her past, the model reflected on her “first high-fashion show” experience back in 2014. At 18 years old, Jenner walked the runway in a sheer brown Marc Jacobs V-neck sweater and completely bleached brows. “I actually could not believe I was there,” she said in Vogue’s “Life in Looks” video. “I was pretty chill, even though my boobies were out.”
Speaking of Kim Kardashian, Jenner says she was one of the few people she knew at the high-fashion event aside from Kanye West, whom Jenner simply referred to as her sister’s “husband at the time.”
“I was really just going in on my own and it was really scary,” Jenner said. “I warmed up immediately once I got to my table, and it all was good. And then my sister Kim is so nice. She just kept coming and checking in on me. ‘Are you good? Are you good?’ Now I get to go with all my friends so it’s the best thing ever.”
Eight years later, Kendall Jenner attended the 2022 Met Gala with bleached brows, wearing a two-piece Prada set with a sheer mesh top. The more things change, the more they stay the same.
