The Emmy-nominated actor hit the gold carpet in the formfitting iridescent gown with minimal gold jewelry, and her long, auburn hair cascaded down her back.
Lily James is nominated for best leading actress in a limited or anthology series or movie against Margaret Qualley (Maid), Sarah Paulson (Impeachment: American Crime Story), Amanda Seyfried (The Dropout), Julia Garner (Inventing Anna), and Toni Collette (The Staircase). This is the actor’s first Emmy nomination but surely won’t be her last.
“I’m so proud because we were really in it together and felt so joined in our ambition to really try and do something with this,” she told Deadline after the nominations were announced. “So I’m so happy and so thrilled we’re both in this mad situation. It makes it way better.”
