Rue21 names new chief customer officer

Fashion retailer Rue21 announced on Tuesday the appointment of Karlyn Mattson to the role of EVP, chief customer officer.


Upclose, Mattson will play a pivotal role in the company’s merchandising, planning, and marketing operations. She will oversee Rue21’s omnichannel strategy and upcoming marketing campaigns to support the company’s “efforts in being the most relevant fast fashion retailer in the country,” according to a press release.
