The Oscar-winning actor posted a selfie of herself wearing a red plaid shirt and peeking flirtily from behind a glorious Afro on August 7. “Sunday serve…my man loves this. Forward all complaints to him,” Berry wrote in the caption, tagging the man in question, Van Hunt.

Luckily for humanity, there were no complaints to be seen in the comments section. “A natural Black woman is power and light. You embrace both,” one person wrote. Entertainment reporter and podcaster Tanika Ray commented, “Let it fly free mama!!” Elaine Welteroth simply commented with four heart-eye emoji.
Being, you know, , the actor can rock (and has rocked) the hell out of any hairstyle. Lately, she’s been wearing her hair in an uneven pixie cut, with her soft natural curls floating free. While she’s also been known to play with longer styles and highlights, more often than not, Berry returns to a shorter hair look.
